I'm an Australian law student as well and completely agree with taking it down a notch when you need to! Law, like medicine or engineering, or any rigorous study program, is really a marathon and not a race. Love that more people in law are talking about how essential it is to monitor and where necessary take action to protect your mental health 🙂
