HLS in the World | A Conversation with Six Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court

Six members of the Supreme Court of the United States—all HLS alumni—join Harvard University President Drew Faust and Harvard Law School Dean John F. Manning on Oct. 26 to open Harvard Law School’s bicentennial summit. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. ’79; Associate Justices Anthony M. Kennedy ’61, Stephen G. Breyer ’64, Elena Kagan ’86 and Neil M. Gorsuch ’91; and Associate Justice (retired) David H. Souter ’66 shared memories, advice and more than a few priceless anecdotes. To commemorate Harvard Law School’s 200th anniversary, the law school hosted an extraordinary gathering of global leaders on Oct. 26-27 for HLS in the World, a bicentennial summit designed to address important issues in legal education, the legal profession, law, and society.

  2. I would like to know whether I would be violating the Copy Right Law (or any other) if I would download this video and upload it to a foreign Online Video Platform for the purpose of sharing the content without being benefited (in any form) from it.

  3. The supreme court continues to violate your constitutional rights.
I was unaware that the supreme court can create laws. Turns out they can. All they have to do is call it a doctrine.
The supreme court have given domestic terrorists immunity to violate and murder without any accountability.
The court continues to make decisions that destroy the people's rights.
It can only be so in a attempt to move the u.s. into a complete authoritative state, like china or russia.

  4. fiduciary, when it exercises its power, they do so in a way that effects the interest of, myself. I am vulnerable, because I am in the hands of the fiduciary who is unethical, careless, indifferent, depriving and misguiding. at the least, whatever the fiduciary does or has done, "the power of trustee" is none other than influence over my economical. legal and equitable interests…

I tend to ignore anyone who persistently interferes through glitches, freezes and hang-ups, basically they are interfering with my operations and I can't kick them out. they can tell me what they think I should do. I can assure them, that I am under no obligation to tell them anything,… I am not just somewhat vulnerable, I am extremely vulnerable and clearly, fiduciary does not have my best interest..
